SILVER - Any form of Silver accepted. (We advise customers to send a minimum of 400grams Silver for processing to make the most of posting in costs due to lower payout price per gram on Silver)

How to Sell Us Precious Metals Scrap & unwanted Jewellery
1. Send an email to below address or use the Contact Us link

Include your address details in the email and details about the Metals you wish to sell. Please include as much information as possible such as Weights, Quantity, Type of Item, Metals, Purity if known etc.
2. We will respond by email with an Order Reference Number for your lot and instructions to send your lot in to us for processing.
Please send all lots in for refining by Royal Mail Special Delivery with the correct insurance value. This provides full insurance for you against loss in the post as we are not responsible for your items before they reach our premises. We can send you a Special Delivery envelope to use for posting in your items if required (please request Special Delivery envelopes in your initial email if needed)

3. Once we receive your lot we will confirm receipt by email and start to process your metals. Please send all orders in promptly after we issue your Order Reference Number to avoid delays.
4. As soon as your lot has been processed, refined, tested and assayed we will make payment to you via your requested method. If you require bank transfer payment include your bank account details when posting in your lot.
If your lot requires full refining and assay we aim to process your lot and remit payment within 1 - 3 weeks. Lots consisting of hallmarked items, coins, bullion bars etc. are usually processed and paid much faster within 48 hours - 1 week.
We will pay you out on the actual precious metal content present in your lot after the refining process.
Any stones or other non precious metal parts included with lots submitted for refining cannot be returned and will be destroyed or disposed of during the refining process.
Any items rejected as non precious metal, base metal etc. will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. We reserve the right to charge the customer a processing fee of upto £25 for rejected lots to cover our testing costs.
When mailing in your lots we recommend you pack items securely in the appropriate inner packaging to protect your items in transit eg. card boxes, bubble wrap, padded envelopes etc. Then place the lot in its inner packaging into a Special Delivery Poly Envelope or other similar strong outer packaging. Royal Mail Special Delivery items must be taken to the Post Office for despatch. Remember to take out the correct level of insurance for your lot and to keep the Special Delivery certificate of posting in case of a claim.
